Assessments:  Assessments for the year 2025 will remain at $60.00 per parcel per year, billed on the 1st of January. 

​​Late Fee​:  Assessments should be paid by January 31st to avoid late fee of $10.00.
Please Note: Billing statements are sent as a courtesy only.  Payments are due regardless of receipt of a billing statement. 

Architectural Review Committee (ARC): Forms for all changes, improvements, fences, accessory buildings, etc., can be obtained from Ralston Management office.

​​Address of Record:​ Please be sure to keep your mailing address and phone number current with the association office of Ralston Management as this is the responsibility of the property owner. This may be critical should your property be liened for delinquent assessments​.

Lot Splits: It is the property owner's responsibility to inform the Association when a property is sold or slip. Assessments are due and payable at the time the lot split is recorded. 

Completion of entry monuments: One of the two beautiful entrances to Santa Margarita Ranchos Prop. Owner Community is shown on the home page.  
Drive around to the Via Vaquero near the Via Pino cross street if you want to see a more whimsical and colorful  monument with pictures of howling coyotes and avocados. 

Road Conditions (Damage)/Speed Limit Changes: Road conditions change all the time, and speed limits are enforced, so please pay attention.
